On the social docket for the CYC this year are a Kick-Off Dinner, parties for Halloween and Christmas, a Galley Maid's Night Out Dinner, a floating island Raft-up at Lake Oroville, a Weekend at Lake Almanor, and a slew of picnics and mid-monthly get-togethers. Typically, mid-monthlies are held at members homes and are potlucks surrounded by good company and an informational program.

The club usually meets at
6 pm on the last Monday of each month at a local restaurant or a member's home. After socializing with cocktails and dinner, business is conducted followed by an informational presentation. On these evenings you'll hear yarns spun about past adventures, plans made, crewing needs filled for future outings, and always equipment challenges discussed.
